Olivia Ellis is Associate Professor of Music at Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee where she teaches piano, piano pedagogy and literature, music theory, and piano ensemble. She earned the Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Oklahoma. Olivia enjoys performing as both a soloist and collaborator and is part of the Chiara Piano Duo. She is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music through MTNA and serves as the treasurer for the Tennessee chapter. She has been asked to present on various music topics at conferences, universities, and other events and often adjudicates for competitions and auditions. Olivia is the founder of the Bryan Performing Arts Workshop, which provides a performing opportunity for talented high school students in the East Tennessee region.
