Application Procedure

STEP 1:
Download and complete the online application form, including payment of the $100 USD non-refundable application fee, prior to the June 15, 2020 application deadline. Send the completed application form to the official festival email address: ewpianofestival@gmail.com.

In the United States, Europe and Asia, all payments should be made by VENMO, PAYPAL, or personal/bank check to the official Festival address:

STEP 2:
Submit an audio or video recording containing two pieces of contrasting styles. This can be a CD, DVD, or email file sent to ewpianofestival@gmail.com. This must be received prior to the June 15, 2020 application deadline.

STEP 3:
Submit letter of recommendation from your current piano professor/teacher.

STEP 4:
Submit a digital photo of yourself along with other application materials.

STEP 5:
ALL OF THE ABOVE MATERIALS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE OFFICIAL EMAIL ADDRESS: ewpianofestival@gmail.com UNDER A FILE IN YOUR NAME.

Upon acceptance to the Festival, applicants are required to make a $500 tuition deposit within 7 days of notification of acceptance. The balance of the tuition is due no later than June 15, 2020.
